- Locatie: 2 dagen per week op kantoor in Mechelen

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren van incidenten: Je coördineert de reactie op technische storingen en incidenten binnen het ecosysteem. Hierbij streef je naar een snelle en effectieve oplossing, waarbij je de impact op de klantbeleving mínimaliseert.
- Herstelplanning en uitvoering: Je ontwikkelt herstelplannen en coördineert de uitvoering ervan in samenwerking met cross-functionele teams, waaronder IT, operations en engineering.
- Proactieve optimalisatie: Je analyseert incidentgegevens om trends te identificeren en mogelijke verbeteringen voor te stellen om toekomstige storingen te voorkomen.
- Low-code ontwikkeling: Je past je kennis van low-code platforms toe om snel prototypes, tools en kleine applicaties te ontwikkelen om de efficiëntie van het break managementproces te verbeteren.
- Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, waaronder IT-ontwikkeling, operations en klantenservice, om een naadloze end-to-end incidentrespons te waarborgen.
- Rapportage en documentatie: Je houdt gedetailleerde incidentrapporten bij en zorgt voor duidelijke documentatie van herstelacties en verbeteringsvoorstellen.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied.
- Aantoonbare ervaring (mínimaal 4 jaar) in incidentmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen een technologisch of telecommunicatiebedrijf.
- Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Diepgaand inzicht in low-code ontwikkeling en ervaring met platforms zoals bijvoorbeeld OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps, etc.,
- Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de telecomsector, waardoor je bekend bent met de specifieke uitdagingen en processen.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
- Vermogen om onder druk te presteren en effectief te reageren op noodsituaties.
