**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Evaluate and define the required evolutions of the Enterprise Architecture
- Assess innovative technologies in line with the business strategy
- Translate customer needs to business objectives
- Guide projects and changes in the implementation of the defined EA Architecture
- Stay up to date on upcoming evolutions on relevant technologies and functionalities
- Proactively propose improvements
- Define the required guardrails (Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines)
- Ensure the governance and guidelines are followed
- Plan the Application Landscape Evolution with stakeholders
- Support the (cyber-)security and GDPR-compliance assessments and the definition of action plan

- Experience with defining a roadmap
- Strong understanding of business requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
