**Your Responsibilities At C&A**:
As Loss Prevention Specialist Benelux, your operational area covers the 203 stores located in Belgium, Luxemburg and The Netherlands.
You’ll be working with them to help decreasing stock losses, theft, and fraud attempts.

**Your tasks**:

- You audit the stores in your area for risks based on internal and external guidelines taking care for the goals above. You ensure that risks are identified and avoided or at least minimized.
- You check the entire risk range of a retail branch (cashier procedures, building security, measures to prevent theft) through structured audits on the respective topics. You create reports and protocols for the store managers and district managers and give recommendations and proposals for solutions to the identified risks.
- You are responsible for deploying external security staff to our stores and cooperate with the external security companies. You plan the purchase of technical solutions like CCTV, security gates or access controls.
- You support and advise the store managers and district managers, as well as the departments in the head office, in all matters relating to your area of responsibility.
- You will investigate and handle internal frauds and carry out the corresponding interviews, and support our human resources and legal department with your expertise in those cases.
- In this very broad and varied field of work, you will cooperate with external bodies such as security companies but also the police and other authorities.
- In this job, you are a member of the European Loss Prevention Management team.

**Your profile**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- A demonstrated experience in the retail or fast-food industry that gave you good knowledge of the organization and processes of a retail branch company and a good understanding of security technology (e.g. CCTV, security gates, alarm systems, access control)
- Fluency in Dutch, French & English
- Autonomy, independence and time management skills.
