L’équipe PMO de la DG PersoPoint au SPF Stratégie et Appui recherche un(e) Test Manager
En tant que secrétariat pour l’administration du personnel et des salaires de l’Administration fédérale, PersoPoint s’occupe de l’administration des salaires et du personnel de multiples organisations fédérales. PersoPoint offre à ses clients un catalogue de services en matière d’administration salariale, d’administration du personnel, de dossier de personnel numérique, d’avis juridiques et de rapports. PersoPoint réunit l'expertise et les compétences adéquates et les traduit en une offre de services commune et uniforme. Il garantit ainsi des services corrects et de qualité. PersoPoint vise une implication et une responsabilité optimales de la part de ses clients. Le Service public fédéral Stratégie et Appui (SPF BOSA) assiste le gouvernement et soutient les organisations fédérales dans différents domaines : IT, RH, gestion de l’organisation et politique d’intégrité, budget, comptabilité et marchés publics.
**Description de fonction**
En tant que gestionnaire de tests, vous faites partie de l’équipe PMO au sein de PersoPoint. Dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous êtes responsable des tâches suivantes:
- Vous vous chargez de l’établissement de plans de test en fonction des exigences.
- Vous planifiez et coordonnez les différents tests avec les testeurs en concertation avec les gestionnaires de projets et de versions concernés (tests d'acceptation, de régression et autres types de tests).
- Vous anticipez l'organisation des tests en fonction du calendrier de lancement et des discussions au sein du Change Advisory Board.
- Vous faites régulièrement rapport à l’équipe de projet sur le déroulement des tests.
- Vous assurez la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des solutions pour des tests automatiques.
**Description du profil**
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'un Bachelor dans un domaine lié à l'informatique
**Connaissances et expérience**:
- Vous disposez d'une expérience avec des outils de gestion et d’automatisation de tests ou êtes prêt à l’acquérir.
- Vous disposez d'une expérience dans le domaine des rapports d'avancement.
- Vous disposez de connaissances/d'une expérience dans le domaine des RH et souhaitez continuer à les étendre.

- Vous disposez de bonnes aptitudes de communication orale.
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du Néerlandais
- Vous avez au moins deux d'experience professionnelle relevante
