**Votre futur**
Pour renforcer les équipes spécialisées de l'un des cabinets du groupe Square sur le Domaine d'Excellence Organisation & Efficiency, vous participerez à différents types de mission:
**Pour nos clients**:
- Vous participez à la création de modèles opérationnels cibles, à l'optimisation de processus en appliquant la méthodologie Lean, et au pilotage de la performance de l'organisation ;
- Vous intervenez sur toute la chaîne de transformation organisationnelle et aurez à cœur de permettre aux Clients de Square Management d'atteindre leurs objectifs ;
- Vous développez des plans organisationnels à long terme ;
- Vous déployez des approches orientées clients et évaluez l'impact sur la satisfaction des clients finaux.
**En interne**:
- Vous participez aux réponses à appels d'offres ;
- Vous contribuez au recrutement et au développement business du cabinet ;
- Vous jouez un rôle de référent auprès de nos jeunes consultants ;
- Vous participez activement aux initiatives autour de nos Domaines d'Excellence, de nos programmes de R&D et RSE du groupe (ex : Mécénat de compétences).
**Vos talents**
- Vous avez une expérience significative dans les problématiques de transformation organisationnelle.
- Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de management telles que Lean 6 Sigma (certification Green ou Black Belt Lean 6 Sigma), les outils d'analyse d'organisation et de processus.
- Vous avez déjà évolué dans les secteurs de la banque, de l'assurance, ou des services financiers associés.
- Vous avez la culture de l'engagement, de l'entrepreneuriat, l'esprit d'équipe et vous partagez les valeurs de Square.
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un BAC+5 et vous possédez un niveau d'anglais courant.
