**Takenpakket**

Als Manager Shipping Logistics word je tewerkgesteld in de Gentse Zeehaven. Je geeft leiding aan het Shipping Logistics Team dat bestaat uit 4 collega’s
- Dagelijkse leiding over het Shipping Logistics Team om de klanttevredenheid op een hoog niveau te houden;
- Aannemen van orders, verwerken in relevante systemen en bijwerken binnen de mogelijkheden en afspraken van de klant, warehouse en transportplanning;
- Dagelijkse bewaking van alle klantenorders, oplossen van problemen en order gerelateerde eisen;
- Integraal onderdeel van het team en in staat om actief te ondersteunen en op te treden als back-up wanneer nodig;
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten, internen en andere relevante derde partijen;
- Aanspreekpunt in geval van escalatie en coördinatie voor klanten, planning en warehouse;
- Initiator van en deelnemer aan ad hoc projecten voor voortdurende verbetering;
- Aansturen van digitale initiatieven om ervoor te zorgen dat doelstellingen tijdig en met oog voor de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening worden gehaald;
- Zorgen dat de interne processen in lijn zijn met de wettelijke vereisten en standaarden gespecifieerd door DFDS, ISO en andere Mede verantwoordelijk met het DFDS België management team voor het financiële resultaat van de shipping logistics activiteit;

- Je hebt ervaring in de Logistiek;
- Je bent flexibel wat betreft je werkuren;
- Je werkt vlot met een PC en beschikt over een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket?
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels?Je hebt een professionele mindset en kan je vinden in de DFDS normen en waarden
