Electric Mobility Technical Project Coordinator

As part of the development of electric mobility activities for B2B(2C) customers, we are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to ensure the technical and operational follow-up of charging infrastructure installations. The Technical Project Coordinator uses his/her technical knowledge to ensure that installations are completed in a professional manner and according to the Luminus Quality Charter. (S)He will be the "eyes and ears" of the E-Mobility department in the field and, as such, will contribute to the customer satisfaction and the success of the E-Mobility team.
The Project Technical Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Provide technical expertise in the field of electric mobility (in particular with regard to electrical installations, charging systems and charging services), analyze and translate the business requirements into technical proposals for our installation partners.
- Support the EM project managers to ensure the technical implementation of projects.
- Coordinate in the field (throughout Belgium) the various stakeholders (installers, engineers, facility and fleet managers) and be responsible for the critical phases of the operation of charging assets: installation, commissioning, testing and operation of charging infrastructure.
- Supervise the quality of our installers by making site visits and/or validating the installations based on the information provided by them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage the "asset management" activities of the charging infrastructure through service contracts.
- Develop an ex-post calculation to verify that the services delivered to clients are in line with the original contractual agreement and will inform the project manager of any deviations.
- Set up improvements, based on best practices, in order to bring the scope, budget and quality in line with the contract.

KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor's degree in industrial electricity or proven equivalent experience.
- Very good knowledge of the RGIE/AREI and electrical installations (residential and industrial - High voltage) as well as of the construction sector is a must.
- Can understand and analyze "as-built" drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of facility and building management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the electric mobility sector is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- +7 years of proven experience in technical coordination of multiple customer accounts within a large B2B electrical installation company.
- Proven track-record in asset management in an industrial environment, not limited to e-mobility.
- Proven experience in site coordination.
- Proven experience in general electricity and building technologies.
- Experience in managing service contracts.
