**Jobbeschrijving Financieel controller**
Een financieel controller of Chief Accounting Officer neemt de taak op zich om de financiële prestaties van een bedrijf te beheren en eventueel bij te sturen waar nodig. Je neemt de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige activiteiten voor je rekening, zorgt voor prognoses en budegetteringen en waarborgt de algemene financiële stabiliteit van de onderneming.
Om aan de functievereisten van de vacature financieel controller te voldoen, beschik je over uitzonderlijke analytische vaardigheden en ben je heel nauwgezet. Je helpt zo bij het handhaven van de financiële groei binnen het bedrijf en ondersteunt de strategie en visie van de onderneming.
**Verantwoordelijkheden financieel controller**
Als financieel controller bij Komma Board kies je voor diversiteit. Je werkt voor verschillende klanten in verschillende sectoren en dat maakt je job heel divers en uitdagend. Voor zowel start
- en scale-ups tot internationale bedrijven,
- analyseer je de boekhoudkundige resultaten en evoluties binnen de balans en resultatenrekening. Op basis van deze analyses stel je standaardrapporten op die meer inzicht geven in de financiële cijfers dan deze die beschikbaar zijn in het boekhoudsysteem. Jij bepaalt welke bijkomende informatie nodig is om bepaalde resultaten te kunnen verklaren
- rapporteer je je analyses en rapporten aan het management en het hoofdkantoor. Je volgt cashflows en liquiditeiten op en bepaalt mee de KPI’s
- financiële controles uitvoeren, prognoses maken op korte (forecast) en op lange termijn (budgetten), is piece of cake voor jou. Variantie analyses op basis van actuals, budgetten en forecast, advies uitbrengen over de efficiëntie van bedrijfsprocessen voor een solide financiële positie schrikken jou niet af
**Hard skills financieel controller**
- je hebt **minstens twee jaar ervaring** als financieel controller
- je hebt een bachelor in accountancy-fiscaliteit of een master in een economische of financiële richting (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring)
- je hebt een grondige kennis van Excel, draaitabellen en dashboards
- bonuspunten indien je ervaring hebt met BE GAAP & Sox, maar geen vereiste
- je spreekt wat Frans of Engels, dat maakt de communicatie in een internationale omgeving net iets makkelijker
**Soft skills Financieel controller**
- je bent planmatig, stressbestendig, nauwkeurig en hebt geen probleem met deadlines
- je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en behoud graag het overzicht over de volledige business
- je communiceert correct en duidelijk want als financieel controller rapporteer je aan het management
- je bent goedlachs, positief ingesteld, wilt excelleren in de job en deelt graag kennis met collega’s
