**LE TRAVAIL**:
Le « SAP Business Competence Center HR » (BCC HR, bureau I-ICT.511) a pour mission de soutenir les processus opérationnels HR et d’offrir un support fonctionnel et technique aux utilisateurs de SAP au sein d'Infrabel. Le BCC contribue à la surveillance des processus, à l'élaboration de nouveaux processus et à l'encadrement de nouveaux projets SAP. Le BCC assure aussi la configuration du système.
Afin de garantir la continuité du bon fonctionnement du système ERP SAP au sein d'Infrabel, le SAP Business Competence Center recherche un Team member SAP Human Resources dont les tâches spécifiques sont:

- Vous travaillez dans l’équipe BCC sous le lead du Coordinateur SAP
- Collecter et comprendre les besoins fonctionnels énoncés par notre client interne, le service des Ressources humaines.
- Sur base de cette analyse fonctionnelle, rechercher la solution technique la plus adéquate qui s’intègre dans l’environnement SAP d’Infrabel et répond aux contraintes techniques (tout en tenant compte des standards et Best Practices de SAP), qui respecte les règles de développement en vigueur dans l’équipe et répond à la demande des clients internes.
- La rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles.
- La configuration de SAP de manière à ce qu'il fonctionne selon les spécifications du projet détaillé et les exigences de configuration et conformément aux normes internes.
- La rédaction de spécifications techniques servant d'input au développeur SAP.
- La rédaction des scénarios de tests.
- La réalisation de tests.
- La rédaction et maintenance de la documentation de configuration.
- La fourniture de support (résolution de tickets, support sur le terrain...).
- L’identification de problèmes de configuration et de solutions potentielles.
- Vous vous perfectionnerez dans les processus opérationnels sous-jacents au sein d'Infrabel de manière à les maîtriser, à pouvoir soutenir l'utilisateur dans la mise en œuvre de ces processus et à pouvoir également contribuer à la poursuite de l'optimisation des processus.
- Vous informerez régulièrement votre Team Lead de l’avancement de votre travail.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme master.
- Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la configuration de SAP HR (modules PA, OM, la connaissance de Times est un atout).
- Vous êtes capable de rédiger des documents techniques destinés aux développeurs de votre domaine.
- Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques.
- Vous êtes attentif.ve aux demandes, besoins et plaintes de vos clients.
- Vous êtes ouvert.e et partagez vos connaissances de manière adaptée au public.
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome et prenez les initiatives nécéssaires.
- Vous agissez comme un.e véritable team player
- Vous vous caractérisez par d’excellentes compétences en communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

**L'ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL**:
Infrabel est responsable pour la construction, l’entretien et le renouvellement de l’infrastructure ferroviaire en Belgique. Il s’agit de 3.600 km de voies, 5.905 km de caténaires et 11.769 ponts et tunnels. Nous réglementons également le trafic ferroviaire 24/24 et 7/7.
