Nous aidons les spécialistes du marketing à gérer leurs campagnes et à communiquer avec leurs clients de manière personnalisée. De cette façon, nous nous assurons qu'ils utilisent chaque point de contact du parcours client.

Actito met en avant un marketing centré sur le client à travers différents programmes (acquisition, cross-selling, fidélisation,...) et ce, toujours dans une optique de croissance et de ROI.

Notre société continue de renforcer sa position d'acteur européen majeur dans le paysage marketing, avec des filiales en France, aux Pays-Bas, au Canada, au Royaume-Uni et en Espagne. Dans le cadre de cette expansion, nous recherchons un/e **Trainer & Knowledge Officer **pour rejoindre notre équipe belge à Louvain-la-Neuve.

Tâches principales

Vous êtes à la recherche d’une fonction qui vous permette de mettre à profit et améliorer des **connaissances générales dans les domaines du Marketing, des nouvelles technologies, et de la gestion de données**, tout en mettant aussi à profit vos **compétences linguistiques et de communication** ?

Nous vous proposons d’intégrer notre équipe « Academy », pour prendre part activement **aux développements continus des connaissances et formation **des équipes et utilisateurs d’ACTITO. Vous travaillerez ainsi en étroite collaboration et concertation avec vos collègues du département pour couvrir les responsabilités suivantes:

- Rédiger et/ou traduire des articles pour accroître la base de connaissance (documentation) de notre logiciel (en fonction de vos compétences linguistiques : Anglais, Français, Espagnol) et tout autres textes/matériels relatifs à l’utilisation de notre logiciel.

Donner des formations avec enthousiasme et pédagogie aux collaborateurs Actito, afin qu’ils disposent des connaissances nécessaires pour leur fonction.

Développer de nouvelles formations ou adapter des formations existantes en fonction des nouveautés dans Actito, des tendances du marché, et en les adaptant aux fonctions des différents publics cibles (commerciaux, spécialistes en marketing, expert data,)
- Concevoir le matériel de formation à l’utilisation de notre logiciel de Marketing Activation, visant à certifier les connaissances de nos utilisateurs (internes et externes)
- Assurer la diffusion de nouveaux contenus et matériel de formation
- Etre expert de référence pour répondre à des questions relatives à la meilleure exploitation possible du logiciel, en fonction du besoin marketing ou d’intégration de données provenant de nos clients : soutien d’expertise aux équipes commerciales ou opérationnelles.

Votre propre maîtrise de la plateforme grandira suite à une première période de formation, mais également grâce à votre utilisation et testing intensif d’Actito, réalisé notamment au moment des déploiements mensuels des nouveautés.

Etes-vous notre futur/e collègue ?
- ** L’anglais **est votre langue maternelle ou vous avez un niveau équivalent à un natif.
- Vous maîtrisez en parallèle **le français **à un niveau excellent à l’oral et l’écrit. L’espagnol sera un plus.
- Vous êtes pédagogue et didactique, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et vous apportez une importance à être clair et bien compris.
- Vous aimez partager et aspirez à transmettre vos connaissances. Vous êtes à l’aise à vous exprimer en public ou devant une caméra.
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles, et aimez les mettre à profit.
