**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Onderhoudstechnicus.ca Access Control zie je toe op het beheer, de opvolging en de optimalisering van onze systemen voor toegangscontrole en inbraakdetectie. Je werkt mee aan het operationeel beheer, met als doel onze systemen te onderhouden, te herstellen en te ontwikkelen. Indien nodig tref je ook correctieve maatregelen. Je werkt binnen Building Automation System (BAS) en rapporteert aan de Access Control Manager.

Meer in detail:

- Instaan voor het administratief beheer in het kader van de opdrachten (bestellingen, facturen, leveringsprogramma, enz.) en de juistheid ervan controleren.
- Het werk van de onderaannemers opvolgen en controleren en toezien op de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk. Erop toezien dat de technische clausules van de bestekken nageleefd worden en indien nodig correctieve maatregelen treffen.
- Meewerken aan de oplevering van de nieuwe installaties.
- De CAMM-gegevensbank aanvullen wat betreft de uitrusting (defecten).
- De correctieve interventies en uitgevoerde herstellingen documenteren en in de kennisbank invoeren.
- De problemen analyseren en een gepaste technische oplossing aanreiken; de nodige correctieve maatregelen treffen. Ervoor zorgen dat de acties om afwijkingen op te lossen ondernomen en voltooid worden.
- In geval van een defect, de situatie snel analyseren:

- Een eerste diagnose opmaken van de verschillende uitrustingen om de best mogelijke keuze te kunnen maken tussen een onmiddellijke herstelling of een herstelling op een later tijdstip.
- De herstelprocedures toepassen of de herstelling laten uitvoeren door andere diensten.
- In samenwerking met andere diensten beslissen over de meest geschikte procedure naar aanleiding van een defect (sommige beslissingen moeten opgelegd worden).
- Gerichte interventies uitvoeren met betrekking tot de verschillende ondervonden problemen.
- Meewerken aan de opstelling van de technische dienstnota’s / werkinstructies.
- Je verzorgt meermaals per jaar een wachtdienst gedurende een week.

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- Technische bachelor met ten minste 2 jaar ervaring in het gevraagde bevoegdheidsgebied of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Technische kennis op het vlak van toegangscontrole en het beveiligen van gebouwen.
- Beheersing van de volgende IT-tools: Microsoft Office, SAP.
- Vermogen om technische clausules en procedures te schrijven.
- Kennis en systematische toepassing van de technische normen in je domein en van de veiligheidsprocedures
- Kennis van de gebouwen
- en stationsinfrastructuur van de MIVB is een troef.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans en hebt kennis van de tweede landstaal.

- Werk structureren: Structuur aanbrengen in een veelheid aan verschillende taken door een prioriteitenlijst op te stellen en deze op een consequente manier af te werken binnen de gegeven tijd.
- Ondersteunen: De medewerkers ondersteunen door een formele rol als peter/meter te aanvaarden, door een voorbeeldfunctie op te nemen en door anderen te helpen bij hun activiteiten.
- Dialogeren: De kennis en achtergrond van de gesprekspartner leren kennen door gerichte vragen te stellen, aandacht te hebben voor wat hem bezighoudt, zich in te leven in zijn situatie en het nodige te doen om zijn totale boodschap te begrijpen.
