**Functie**
Als **Risk Management & Internal Control Specialist** speel je een centrale rol in de
duurzaamheid en optimalisatie van ons risicobeheer
- en interne controlesysteem. Je werkt
nauw samen met de operationele teams om risico’s te anticiperen en te beperken, waardoor
de stabiliteit en naleving van de organisatie worden gewaarborgd.
Jouw belangrijkste taken:
- **Bijwerken en opvolgen van processen**:
Het actualiseren en controleren van beleidslijnen en procedures binnen het risicobeheer
- en interne controlesysteem.
- **Monitoring en risicobeheertools**:
De implementatie van tools (risico-inventaris, continuïteitsplan, enz.) opvolgen en hun
doeltreffendheid bewaken.
- **Operationele ondersteuning**:
De operationele teams begeleiden bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van controles ter
voorkoming van incidenten.
- **Documentatie en opvolging van acties**:
Het documenteren en opvolgen van de genomen mitigerende maatregelen.
- **Regelgevende projecten**:
Actief deelnemen aan projecten die verband houden met de wettelijke vereisten op het
gebied van risicobeheer en interne controle.
- **Budgettaire rapportering**:
Het opvolgen en rapporteren van het variabele deel van de administratieve kosten
(VARAK) - het percentage dat wordt toegekend op basis van administratieve prestaties.
Dit mechanisme beloont efficiënt beheer en strikte naleving van deadlines en procedures,
en stimuleert continue verbetering.

Wij zoeken een collega die:
**Opleiding en ervaring**:
Een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring) heeft en mínimaal 3 jaar
ervaring in het vakgebied.
**Taalvaardigheden**:
Vloeiend in Frans of Nederlands, met een goede kennis van de andere taal.
**Organisatie en zelfstandigheid**:
Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werkt, zelfstandig taken beheert en tegelijk vlot
samenwerkt in teamverband.
**Analytische vaardigheden**:
Kritisch kan denken en sterke analytische vaardigheden heeft om risico’s te
interpreteren en te anticiperen.
**Aanpassingsvermogen en leergierigheid**:
