- In charge of analysing the RIZIV's business processes
- Intervene upstream of the project by describing the current and future situation of the process in a precise manner
- Lead workshops, organise and manage the meetings needed to gather information and draft the deliverables necessary for the definition of the project, respecting the standards and methodology in place at RIZIV
- Organise the meetings and workshops necessary to understand and map the business processes as the RIZIV wishes them to be
- Write the documents needed to define the process so that they can be used directly by the analysts for the implementation of the solution
- Organise and lead the necessary meetings or workshops with the Business
- Translate abstract and general reasoning and concepts into practical solutions
- Analyse data in a targeted manner and critically assess information
- Look beyond the boundaries of the various departments/divisions and assess the impact of decisions on other areas of the organisation
