**Summary**
Guardsquare is looking for a SalesForce Administrator join our Operations team and further deploy and manage the tool within the company. This person will be in charge of the maintenance, improvement, overall administration and support, as well as the correct use of SalesForce. This role requires strong coordination, administration and analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the SalesForce platform from data management, business process management and automation and system configurations to basic administrative functions, reports & dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks;
- Provide support to the users in their day-to-day challenges;
- Train new and existing users and grow the platform's skill set accross the organization;
- Act as a link between the company and all stakeholders, including the vendors and their development teams;
- Identify business and user needs and establish suitable processes to define development requirements;
- Review user feedback and issues in order to assess possibilities for optimizing the systems;
- Document development requirements and manuals.
**Profile**
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role as a SalesForce Administrator.
- Proven Project Management, Business Analytical, Coordinating and Problem Solving skills.
- Experience with SalesLoft, LeadIQ en Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Engaged towards Stakeholder Communication and User Enablement.
- Ability to exert patience.
- Think creatively and take initiative in order to perform the right business and platform improvements.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate technical and complex concepts.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to handle and prioritize requests.
- Ability to critically evaluate information.
