Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een **Brand Marketing Manager.**

Als Brand Marketing Manager ben je de bezieler van de groei van onze retail
- en productmerken. Je bent binnen Juntoo én Exterioo Tuinmeubelen eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking van de brand marketing strategie. Je behartigt deze missie natuurlijk niet alleen: je doet dit samen met je creatieve studioo-team en je enthousiaste brand marketing team van maar liefst 16 man. Uiteraard werk je ook samen met de andere teams binnen het 35-koppige marketingteam. Je rapporteert aan de marketing & digital director en werkt ook nauw samen met onze digital marketing manager en de retail marketing manager.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Brand Marketing Strategy: Op basis van het strategische businessplan werk je onze merkstrategie verder uit en verhoog je zo stelselmatig de brand equity van onze retail
- en productmerken. Je integreert dit mee in het strategische omnichannel marketingplan dat onze marketingorganisatie stuurt. Dit doe je voor zowel de Belgische als de Nederlandse markt. Je streeft ook over deze grenzen heen en onderzoekt extra expansiebehoeften in andere Europese markten.
- People Management & coördinatie: Je focust ligt op de aansturing van het brand marketing team (brand marketeers en studio creatives). Je werkt creatieve en effectieve omnichannel marketingcampagnes uit en beheert de contentmarketingstrategie om zo de marketingefficiëntie te verhogen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de merkidentiteiten en -positioneren over alle platformen en kanalen heen.
- Project Management: je kan op een strategisch niveau nadenken over onze corporate branding, employer branding en ESG. Je bent in staat om een concrete visie te ontwikkelen en hieruit een actieplan te definiëren. Ook voor andere ad hoc marketing projecten ben je mee het vliegwiel van waaruit mogelijke marketing tactics starten.
- Follow-up markttrends en marktevolutie: je bent actief op de hoogte van de marktevolutie en -spelers. Je volgt trends en nieuwigheden op, herkent noden en opportuniteiten, en kan die ook strategisch integreren in onze waardeproposities.
- Marktonderzoek & KPI monitoring: je stuurt marktonderzoek aan om op de hoogte te blijven van consumententrends, brand KPI’s, markt dynamieken en klantnoden. Je monitort hierbij de brand KPI’s nauwgezet en vertaalt relevante inzichten naar een concreet actieplan. Hierbij kan je ook resultaten, inzichten en acties doorvertalen naar de rest van de organisatie.
- Budgetbewaking: je bent de bewaker van het brand marketing budget.

- Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt sterke project management skills waarbij je projecten kan overzien en ook kan beheren binnen de marketingorganisatie.
- Je bent een teamplayer en beschikt over sterke communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden waarbij je mensen op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie weet te overtuigen, te inspireren en te motiveren.
- Je bent flexibel in het inspelen op veranderende bedrijfsopportuniteiten en marktcontext en kan omgaan met de uitdagingen van een groeiende organisatie.
- Je bent creatief met een passie voor de klant, interieur en een omnichannel retail omgeving
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in brand marketing. Ervaring in retail is een grote plus.
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
- Je communiceert vlot zowel gesproken als geschreven in het Nederlands en het Frans.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak, bij voorkeur in een economische of marketinggeoriënteerde richting
