The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Shift Lab Technician at the quality lab of the 3M Zwijndrecht production site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Performing specific in process and final lab testing, necessary to guard quality standards of products during the production process._
- _ Using a large range of different analytical techniques for testing samples of a big range of products_
- _ Reporting results in the quality databases and communicate them to production operations._
- _ Defining properties of nonconforming products, anticipating to problems in production operations_
- _ Critically evaluating test results, preventing quality related problems_
- _ Assisting with the development of new and improved testing procedures_
- _ Being part of problemsolving teams_
- _ You work in a continuous shift system_
Your Skills and Expertise
- _ A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent by experience_
- _ A good knowledge of Dutch and English_
- _ You are a team player but you can also work independently_
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ Curiosity _to increase your knowledge and expertise in new techniques, products and tests_
- _ Experience with a large range of analytical techniques_
