Voor onze vestiging in Beerse zijn wij op zoek naar een Warehouse supervisor inbound.Je zal instaan voor het coördineren en opvolgen van proces-verbeteringstrajecten, logistieke projecten en informatiedeling tussen de afdelingen. Je geeft directe leiding aan meerdere teamleaders inbound en volgt teams op binnen de vooropgestelde KPI's. Hoe kan jouw takenpakket eruit zien:

- Toezien op de planning van inkomende goederen en correcte uitvoering
- Motiveren, coachen en ondersteunen van teamleaders
- Externe contacten onderhouden met transportfirma's, douane en andere partners
- Interne contacten onderhouden met alle afdelingen binnen de firma
- Toezien op het naleven van procedures en garanderen van optimale veiligheid en welzijn van het personeel
- Samen met teamleaders, supervisors en management naar constructieve oplossingen zoeken voor meer efficiëntie binnen het magazijn
- Dagelijks rapporteren en feedback geven aan de warehouse manager

**Wat wij van jou vragen**:

- Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek
- PC-vaardigheid (ERP, Excel, Outlook)
- Je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands en Engels
