We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as the liaison between our Business Developers and Internal Sales. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You should feel comfortable making dozens of phone calls a day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and set up meetings for our Business Developers.
**Responsibilities**:
Analyse and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and our Business Developers.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
Maintain and expand our CRM of prospects and clients.
**Requirements**:
2 years work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
Experience with CRM software.
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Understanding of sales performance metrics
You have a ‘green heart’ and you believe in renewable energy.
