**Let’s do the match**
You have proven experience in data collection and data management coming from different data sources? Check You have knowledge of a data programming language, such as SQL, C++ or Python? Check You’re an expert in Excel, VBA and PowerBi? Check A first experience within HR and/or with IT/HRIS Tools, preferably SuccessFactors, are considered a plus. You describe yourself as accurate, analytical with good communication skills? Check Team work makes the dream work? Check Double check
**We count on you for the following tasks**:
- Provide HR reports to several businesses
- Make sure feedback from business about reports gets back to HR Operations so HR systems can be updated and adapted
- Combine and structure different data sources with the aim of setting up structural reporting dashboards. Also switch quickly to ad-hoc reporting questions.
- Be responsible for developing a reporting dashboard that is accessible to management (for the domains HR, Finance, Facility ). To this end, working together with various actors within Allianz to provide meaningful and tailor-made reports.
- Make (ad hoc) process analyses within the HR department that will enable the optimization and further development of our service.
- Contribute to policy preparation and evaluation by submitting reports and analyses to HR, Financial and senior managers.
