**Wat houdt jouw rol als Compensation & Benefits Manager in?**
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven van de compensatie
- en benefitsstrategie, het beheren en optimaliseren van payroll en personeelsadministratie, en het professionaliseren van HR-processen. Als manager geef je leiding aan een klein team en werk je nauw samen met andere afdelingen om HR-beleid optimaal af te stemmen op de bedrijfsdoelen.
- **Personeelsadministratie & Procesbeheer**
- Overzicht houden op alle aspecten van de personeelsadministratie, zoals tijdsregistratie, afwezigheden, verzekeringen en bedrijfswagens.
- Optimaliseren en moderniseren van HR-processen om efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid te waarborgen.
- Ontwikkelen van duidelijke procedures en communiceren met medewerkers over administratieve processen.
- Strategische keuzes maken bij de selectie en samenwerking met externe partners.
- **Beleid voor Compensation & Benefits**
- Ontwerpen, implementeren en beheren van aantrekkelijke compensatie
- en benefitsprogramma’s die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsstrategie.
- Zorgen voor marktconforme verloning door benchmarking en analyses uit te voeren.
- Coördineren van jaarlijkse beloningsrondes, inclusief salarisaanpassingen en bonusuitkeringen.
- Initiëren van projecten op het gebied van compensatie en benefits in samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners.
- **Loonverwerking & Compliance**
- Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige loonadministratie en het naleven van wet
- en regelgeving.
- Samenwerken met de financiële afdeling om een vloeiende informatie-uitwisseling te garanderen.
- Adviseren van het management over sociale en fiscale optimalisatie van salarissen en personeelskosten.
- **People Management**
- Leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van je team, en een cultuur van continue verbetering stimuleren.
- Nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen om strategieën rond compensatie en benefits goed af te stemmen op de bedrijfsdoelen.
- Uitvoeren van data-analyses en het opstellen van rapportages om het management te ondersteunen in hun besluitvorming.
**Wie is onze ideale Compensation & Benefits Manager?**
- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring binnen compensation & benefits, payroll of een gerelateerd HR-gebied.
- Bewezen leiderschapskwaliteiten en ervaring met teamontwikkeling.
- Zeer sterke project manager, in staat om de leiding te nemen over projecten van A-Z.
- Sterk analytisch inzicht en uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden.
- Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid, met sterke organisatorische en time management skills.
- Moedertaalniveau Frans of Nederlands met een goede basiskennis van de andere landstaal en vloeiend Engels.
- Diepgaande kennis van de Belgische Sociale Wetgeving en arbeidsrecht.
- Minstens een Bachelor diploma in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare achtergrond.
