Voor een zeer prestigieus project in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een
**Project Manager QA **die een team van 6-tal QA teamleden zal aansturen. Gezien de tijdgedrevenheid van het project, is project management hier enorm belangrijk

Als
**Project Manager QA** ben je verantwoordelijk voor onderstaande taken:

- Project en stakeholder management
- Kwaliteitssystemen opzetten en kwaliteitsnormen kunnen challengen
- De workload van het QA team in kaart brengen en bijsturen waar nodig
- Het delen van de status van een strategisch belangrijk project aan senior management op een transparante manier
- Oplossend gericht werken om de mijlpalen succes te kunnen afronden
- Evalueren dat de kwaliteitslat niet te hoog/laag wordt gelegd in de test vereisten
- Je hebt **5-10 jaar ervaring als project manager** binnen de farmaceutische sector
- Je bent in staat een **project te leiden** en een QA team aan te sturen
- Je bent **communicatief **zeer sterk
- Je kan onder **tijdsdruk **werken
- Je werkt oplossingsgericht
- Je bent in staat enkele dagen per week on site te werken.
- Deze functie kan ook als freelancer worden uitgevoerd
