En tant que Customer Tool Service Agent, vous êtes le point de contact interne pour toutes les questions liées aux processus de réparation de nos outils. Vous serez le lien entre nos clients et le centre régional de réparation en France.

VOTRE MISSION
En tant que point de contact interne, vous gérez le processus complet de réparation
avec nos clients.
Afin d’assurer un délai minimum à nos clients pour la réparation de leurs outils, vous devrez gérer efficacement les réclamations, les devis et autres plaintes.
Vous travaillerez en harmonie avec les différents départements internes et la force de vente sur le terrain pour assurer un service irréprochable. Tant en matière de logistique ou de facturation, vos nerfs d’aciers contribueront à coordonner nos différents services internes pour satisfaire notre clientèle exigeante.
Mieux encore, vous êtes le type de collaborateur qui a des idées et qui met tout en œuvre pour améliorer l’expérience client et vous adorez participer activement à l’amélioration du processus interne

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:
- Au minimum un Bachelier ou une expérience équivalente
- Une expérience dans un environnement lié au service Client, une expérience commerciale ou technique est un sérieux atout
- Une maitrise parfaite du Français et du Néerlandais avec des solides notions en Anglais
- Une bonne maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint et Word), la connaissance de SAP est un plus
- Vous êtes orienté solution, vous adorez le service à la clientèle avec un bel esprit d’équipe
- Vous êtes passionné, avec l’œil pour améliorer des processus existants, avec le désir d’apprendre et de se développer de façon continue
