**Description**
- Vous rédigez et mettez à jour le plan de conformité dans vos domaines d'expertise : assurance, distribution d'assurances et protection des données ;
- Vous collaborez avec le service juridique et les responsables internes afin de maintenir à jour les connaissances techniques et les besoins relatifs à la mise en œuvre correcte du cadre juridique ;
- Vous analysez, suivez et répondez aux questions techniques liées à vos domaines d'expertise ;
- Vous élaborez et mettez à jour les normes internes (processus, politiques et procédures) ;
- Vous contribuez régulièrement à la mise à jour de l'évaluation des risques de conformité ;
- Vous êtes responsable de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre du contrôle périodique ;
- Vous donnez des séances d'information pour informer, sensibiliser, former et tester les connaissances de nos collaborateurs internes ;
**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master (de préférence avec des connaissances en matière d'assurance, de droit, d'économie ou de contrôle des assurances) ;
- Vous êtes motivé(e) pour suivre la formation de base nécessaire sur les produits de notre client et leurs aspects juridiques, fiscaux et de conformité ;
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et une bonne connaissance du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, mais vous aimez aussi accomplir des tâches de manière indépendante ;
- Vous êtes communicatif, assertif et pouvez traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion.
