Xeryon is een klein, innovatief bedrijf in de high-speed piëzomotorenindustrie. Als snelgroeiend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een praktische, detailgerichte Supply Chain en Purchasing Specialist om de dagelijkse taken met betrekking tot supply chain, inkoop, voorraadbeheer, interne productieplanning en ERP-gegevensonderhoud uit te voeren. Deze rol is ideaal voor iemand die gedijt in een kleine bedrijfsomgeving en graag initiatief neemt.

**Functieoverzicht**

De Supply Chain en Purchasing Specialist is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van taken op het gebied van supply chain management, inkoop, voorraadbeheer, planning van interne productie en het onderhouden van ERP-systeemdata. Dit is een praktijkgerichte rol, waarin je direct verantwoordelijk bent voor de inkoop, het bijhouden van de voorraad, het plannen van productie, het verzekeren van een soepele werking van de supply chain en het up-to-date houden van gegevens in het ERP-systeem. Als lid van een klein team krijg je een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden en speel je een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van onze operaties.

**Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden**

Inkoop & Procurement
- Beheer het hele inkoopproces, van het identificeren van leveranciersbehoeften tot het plaatsen van bestellingen en het zorgen voor tijdige leveringen.
- Zoek en onderhandel met leveranciers om concurrerende prijzen, hoogwaardige materialen en gunstige voorwaarden te verkrijgen.
- Houd de prestaties van leveranciers bij, zorg voor tijdige leveringen en los eventuele problemen direct op.

Voorraadbeheer
- Houd nauwkeurige voorraadinformatie bij en zorg ervoor dat de voorraadniveaus toereikend zijn voor productie
- en operationele behoeften.
- Plaats bestellingen voor materialen en producten op basis van voorraadaantallen, productieschema’s en vraagvoorspellingen.
- Voer regelmatig voorraadtellingen uit en coördineer de verplaatsing van voorraad om tekorten of overschotten te voorkomen.

Interne Productieplanning
- Plan en coördineer interne productieschema’s om de tijdige productie van goederen te garanderen.
- Werk nauw samen met productieteams om vraag en aanbod in balans te brengen en pas plannen aan wanneer de capaciteit of prioriteiten veranderen.
- Zorg ervoor dat alle benodigde materialen beschikbaar zijn voor productie door de aanvoer van grondstoffen te beheren en toezicht te houden op de voorraadniveaus.
- Houd de voortgang van de productie in de gaten en los eventuele knelpunten of problemen op die de productie kunnen vertragen.

Supply Chain Coördinatie
- Houd toezicht op de logistiek voor inkomende en uitgaande zendingen, zodat materialen en producten efficiënt en op tijd worden geleverd.
- Werk nauw samen met leveranciers en verzendpartners om bestellingen te volgen, problemen op te lossen en te zorgen dat producten op schema aankomen.
- Ondersteun de dagelijkse operatie door het beheren van supply chain-documentatie, zoals inkooporders en facturen.

ERP-gegevensbeheer
- Houd nauwkeurige en actuele gegevens bij in het ERP-systeem, waaronder voorraadniveaus, orderstatus, leveranciersinformatie, inkooporders en productieschema’s.
- Zorg ervoor dat product
- en materiaalinformatie correct wordt ingevoerd in het ERP-systeem, zodat het een betrouwbare bron van informatie vormt voor besluitvorming.
- Werk nauw samen met het team om eventuele inconsistenties of fouten in het ERP-systeem te signaleren en op te lossen.
- Ondersteun bij het opstellen van rapporten en analyses om beslissingen rondom supply chain, inkoop en productie te ondersteunen.

Orderverwerking & Logistiek
- Zorg voor een nauwkeurige en efficiënte orderverwerking door te coördineren met interne teams en externe verzendpartners.
- Houd zendingen bij, los leveringsproblemen op en communiceer met betrokken partijen over de status van bestellingen.

Procesverbetering
- Identificeer mogelijkheden voor procesverbeteringen binnen inkoop, voorraadbeheer, productieplanning en ERP-gegevensbeheer om de efficiëntie te verhogen en kosten te verlagen.
- Implementeer best practices om inkoop-, supply chain
- en productieplanningsprocessen te optimaliseren.

**Kwalificaties**

Opleiding:

- Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Bedrijfskunde, Logistiek of een gerelateerd vakgebied (of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring).

Ervaring:

- 3+ jaar ervaring in supply chain management, inkoop, productieplanning of logistiek, bij voorkeur in een klein bedrijf of start-up-omgeving.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met ERP-systemen, inclusief invoer, onderhoud en rapportage.
- Gedegen praktische ervaring met voorraadbeheer, inkoop van materialen, coördinatie van logistiek en ondersteuning van interne productie.
