**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als data & software analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de eindgebruiker bij software gerelateerde ICT vragen en problemen in de brede zin van het woord. Je vormt de brug tussen de interne klant(en) en het ICT-departement. Verder registreer je al jouw acties in het servicedesksysteem, geef je telefonische support en volg je openstaande zaken op. Je draagt bij aan de vlotte implementatie van wijzigingen en nieuwe functionaliteiten en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de functioneel analisten en softwareontwikkelaars. Hiernaast zorg je voor de betrouwbaarheid, performantie en het onderhoud van bedrijfsspecifieke applicaties. Je documenteert en schrijft de nodige procedures uit.
**Jouw profiel**
Must-haves:
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een IT-domein
- Kennis MS Visual Studio, MS SQL Server,.NET Framework en andere ontwikkeltools.
- Vlot gebruik met grote hoeveelheden data en SQL querys
- Kennis NE
- Analytisch, proactief en oplossingsgericht
Nice-to-haves:
- Kennis Excel
