YOUR JOB
- After a training period, you are the focal point for customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance custome relationships.
- You support the account managers so they can target and grow existing accounts.
- You support web shop cration, product searches, quote and order creations?,....
- You are responsible for a fast and flawless support for the internal sales team.
- You maintain good relationships internally (back-office, purchase team, colleagues,...) and external (vendors, distributors,...)
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a jack-of-all-trades with good administrative skills..
- Accuracy and precision are important.
- As you are a strong communicator, you are fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
- You are enthusiastic, driven and proactive in servicing our customers.
- No 2 days are alike. As a sales support employee, you need to be able to adapt quickly, that is why we are looking for someone with a minimum of 1year of relevant working experience in a sales support role.
- You are a team player who is organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. You have an eye for detail and precision.
