Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven administratief medewerker/contract officer (m/v/x).
Voor onze klant, een innovatieve specialist in supply chain-technologie dat zich legt op de toelevering van etiketteersystemen en industriële 'print & apply' systemen, zoeken wij momenteel naar een enthousiaste **Contract Officer (m/v/x) met een **vloeiende kennis van het** Nederlands en/of Frans.
Functie:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je **eigen klantenportfolio**;
- Je staat in voor **het correct bijhouden van informatie**;
- Je zorgt voor de gegevens zodat alles correct gefactureerd kan worden;
- Je **houdt klanten op de hoogte** bij eventuele wijzigingen, aflopen van garantieperiode etc.;
- Je past **indexaties** toe:
- Je houdt de **database up to date**;
- Je hebt contact met toeleveranciers voor de **opvolging van herstellingen.**
Profiel
- Je hebt een algemeen vormende opleiding genoten als graduaat, of in het **hoger secundair met een goede werkervaring** als basis;
- Je spreekt **vloeiend Nederlands** en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het **Frans en Engels** of je spreekt **vloeiend Frans** met **een goede kennis Nederlands** en Engels;
- Je hebt reeds **een **eerste werkervaring** achter de rug waarbij je hebt geleerd **meerdere taken tegelijkertijd** te volgen en je eigen tijd goed te organiseren;
- Je blijft **rustig**, ook op drukke momenten en bent **"hands-on"**;
- Je bent bereid om ook in
- en uitstroom van goederen te begeleiden;
- Je bent **communicatief sterk** en **superefficiënt in het verwerken van gegevens**.
