En tant que Business Performance Analyst, vous offrez un support au sein de l’équipe Performance Management Team et vous vous chargez de recueillir et d’évaluer et d’interpréter de manière critique les données financières.
- Analyser les prestations financières des marques/segments/produits en vue d'établir des rapports de gestion en ce qui concerne la performance et prédire les performances financières sur la base des données actuelles et des modèles prévisionnels.
- Contribuer au développement du plan financier pour comprendre et valider les changements d’année en année dans le plan financier et traduire les hypothèses commerciales en une activité & des projections budgétaires P&L en collaboration avec les différentes équipes ICM & Risk.
- Participer à différents projets en lien avec la stratégie
**Profile**
- Vous disposez d’un Master à orientation financière
- Vous avez une première expérience en analyse financière ;
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances linguistiques, tant à l'écrit qu’à l’oral (connaissance du néerlandais, du français, nous établissons les rapports en anglais).
- Vous êtes ponctuel, précis et vous disposez de solides capacités analytiques ;
- Vous êtes curieux et aucun détail ne vous échappe ;
- Vous avez une bonne capacité de synthèse en vue d’une communication cohérente, claire et transparente ;
- Vous n’hésitez pas à prendre des initiatives pour améliorer certains processus ;
- Vous possédez une excellente connaissance des outils Microsoft Office, et particulièrement d’Excel ;
