En tant que Configuration & Capacity Administrator, vous facilitez les activités et la communication entre les différentes équipes d'infrastructure IT afin de maintenir le niveau de service exigé par les SLA. Vous soutenez, mettez en œuvre et développez les bonnes pratiques et principes (basés sur ITIL) au sein du département Infrastructure afin de garantir un meilleur service aux clients internes et externes.
Plus spécifiquement, vous gérez et assurez les processus de configuration management et de capacity management.
En ce qui concerne le configuration management, vous accomplissez les tâches suivantes:
- Définir et maintenir le processus de configuration management et soutenir les équipes d'infrastructure IT dans leur exécution. Dans ce contexte, vous êtes responsable du maintien de la qualité de la CMDB (Configuration Management Database) et des informations nécessaires à la facturation à nos clients, aux audits de sécurité nécessaires, à la gestion du cycle de vie...
- Participer à l'amélioration du modèle de mapping en y intégrant les différentes couches technologiques, applicatives et business et en veillant à ce qu'il réponde aux besoins des différents utilisateurs.
En ce qui concerne l'asset management, vous exécutez les tâches suivantes:
- Définir et maintenir le processus d'asset management, c'est-à-dire la gestion des actifs tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
- S'assurer que tous les logiciels utilisés sont couverts par une licence, suivre l'utilisation de ces licences en anticipant certains achats ou en régularisant certaines situations.
- Veiller au lien avec le capacity management pour s'assurer qu'il existe un stock stratégique adéquat (par exemple pour la business continuity et un disaster recovery plan, ainsi qu'une projection de l'utilisation et de la gestion de la capacité nécessaire dans le futur).
Pour ces deux processus, vous êtes également responsable de la définition et du suivi des KPI. Vous rendez régulièrement compte à la direction et coordonnez les tâches d'amélioration continue de ces processus.
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un profil démontrant de l’expérience dans les éléments suivants:
- Configuration Management
- IT Infrastructure Management
- IT Service Management
- ITIL (de préférence Servicenow
- une bonne maîtrise tant du français que de l’anglais
