As a Disciplinary Lawyer, you will be part of a pioneering team offering a wide range of services and tailored solutions. Clients turn to them for legal advice, software support, practice management advice and HR solutions.
**Description**
- You will contribute to the development of the new disciplinary auditorate:
1. You will accompany this project in its entirety in terms of its regulatory and organizational aspects
2. You will be responsible for the autonomous support of working groups in terms of both content and processes.
3. You collaborate in the development of instruments for the implementation of the regulation and contribute to their continuous improvement
4. You contribute to communication, promotion and follow-up.
- You assist the auditors in all aspects of the disciplinary procedure (examination of the file on the merits, preparation of the procedure before the disciplinary board).
- You will also provide daily legal support and internal advice to the company's professional clients and to various authorities on various issues such as professional secrecy, ethics and related topics.
- You work within a team of legal colleagues.
**Profile**
- Master's degree in law. A master's degree in notarial science is an additional advantage.
- You have experience in a legal function and are familiar with (judicial) procedure.
- You are legally creative, have legal analysis skills and have a broad interest in the various aspects of the notary's office.
- You are able to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
- You communicate easily.
- You are bilingual (FR/NL).
