**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
De cel Product Marketing is hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de roadmap van de dienstenportefeuille van het CIBG en de activering ervan op korte termijn. In samenwerking met de Digital Product Managers staat ze ook in voor de marketingmix van de diensten, met bijzondere aandacht voor de prijsstelling ervan en hun go-to-market bij institutionele klanten en bij burgers en bedrijven in het Brussels Gewest. De medewerkers zijn werkzaam in verschillende vakgebieden, waaronder Product Marketing Managers en Customer Value Proposition Managers.

Als Head of Product Marketing zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:

- Je staat in voor de opvolging en implementatie van innoverende, generieke en onderling uitwisselbare toepassings-, infrastructuur
- en consultancydiensten die beantwoorden aan de behoeften en uitdagingen van onze klanten ten voordele van burgers en bedrijven,
- Je begeleidt, ondersteunt en motiveert je medewerkers met welwillendheid in hun dagelijkse activiteiten om hen te helpen de vastgestelde doelstellingen te behalen,
- Je brengt de prioriteiten in kaart en je plant de nodige acties en projecten in nauwe samenwerking met de managers van de pijler sMarketing,
- Je verenigt alle betrokken deelnemers in een voortdurend streven naar tevredenheid van partner-klanten en stakeholders,
- Je treedt op als motor van verandering om de noodzakelijke evoluties door te voeren voor de transformatie van het CIBG op marketingniveau,
- Je garandeert de evolutie en de duurzaamheid van de dienstencatalogus bij partner-klanten en bij eindgebruikers,
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt doeltreffende, nauwkeurige en bijgewerkte controle-instrumenten, met name ten aanzien van de pijlerverantwoordelijken en de Algemene Directie.

**Jij, onze toekomstige collega**:

- beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type of over een universitair diploma,
- hebt bewezen en succesvolle ervaring in talentbeheer en in teambeheer gericht op een gemeenschappelijk doel,
- hebt minstens 5 jaar beroepservaring in een functie die het beheer van een diensten-/productcatalogus en het beheer van een product-/dienstenroadmap omvat,
- bent vertrouwd met de volgende tools: MS Office Suite, projectmanagementtools (Confluence / Slack / Teams), Power BI (reporting),
- hebt een duidelijke strategische visie en bent in staat die te delen,
- hebt goede vaardigheden op het gebied van faciliteren, gesprekken voeren en beïnvloeden.
