Your mission

In this mission-critical role you and your team will be representing numa in the actual hospitality units, making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of, you will be in charge of ensuring the best service experience possible.

You Will Focus On
- Build and lead a local Operations team managing Housekeeping, Maintenance and any local guest & brand activities
- Drive guest satisfaction to achieve targeted financial revenues.
- Represent the numa brand in the properties ensuring compliance to all company standards at all time
- Actively control cost performance to deliver financial results
- Be the local business partner and extended arm for all corporate activities (brand, marketing, revenue, real estate)
- Coordination and manage external stakeholders/ partners
- Ensure that all local legal requirements, permits and operational backup systems are constantly maintained
- Ensure that regular quality control inspections are conducted
- Working in an early stage start-up means your input in Operations/ Team setup/ structure and growth is valued and

expected

**Profile**:

- Proven track record of hotel operations preferably from a housekeeping or front office background
- Financial understanding of cost control procedures and inventory management
- First leadership experience in managing teams and external partners
- Good understanding of the respective local market and business fluctuations
- Ability to work under pressure & well organized
- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast-paced work environment
- French and English is required, other languages would be great
- Driving license is mandatory
