Om onze groei te ondersteunen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Work Planner (werkvoorbereider) voor onze sites in Antwerpen (Linkeroever & Rechteroever).
**Je rol**
Als Gatekeeper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van de werkzaamheden bij de interne klant. Je volgt de activiteiten op rond hard facility en fungeert als werkvoorbereider voor alle toekomende werkopdrachten die aan je afdeling worden toegewezen.
Concreet ziet jouw takenpakket er zo uit:
- Je zorgt voor het opstellen van de werkplanning.
- Je beheert en controleert de planning van de verschillende werkzaamheden in EAM sofware Ultimo.
- Je overlegt met verschillende stakeholders, bent het interne aanspreekpunt en coördineert de werkzaamheden voor de interne opdrachtgever.
- Je stuurt medewerkers aan, ondersteunt hen en stuurt bij waar nodig om mogelijke knelpunten aan te pakken.

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwalitatieve en uniforme uitvoering van de toegekende activiteiten.
- Je hebt een goede werkbalans tussen veldwerk (hands on) en administratie.
- Je zorgt voor het opvolgen van KPI’s en rapporteert ze aan het management.
- Indien nodig participeer je mee aan interne projecten.
**Welk profiel zoeken we**
- Je hebt ervaring met hard facility en hebt bij voorkeur een technische achtergrond binnen elektromechanica.
- Je bent vertrouwd met het opmaken van KPI’s en SLA’s.
- Je neemt het initiatief om dingen in beweging te brengen en bent communicatief ingesteld om te overleggen met verschillende opdrachtgevers en stakeholders.
- Je flexibiliteit zorgt ervoor dat je gemakkelijk kan schakelen en de operationele planning bijstuurt in functie van tijdsdruk, nieuwe prioriteiten, dringende vragen of behoeften.
- Je bent een teamplayer die mensen aanmoedigt om gezamenlijk oplossingen te vinden en te begeleiden naar een zo efficiënt mogelijke samenwerking. Je haalt voldoening uit het enthousiasmeren en ondersteunen van collega’s en partners.
- Je houdt van afwisseling tussen administratie en veldwerk.
- Je kan vlot werken met MS Offices en ook nieuwe software toepassingen schrikken je niet af.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en je spreekt ook een woordje Engels.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (een eigen wagen is geen must).
