Handy(Wo)man/cleaning Medewerk(St)er

**Functie**:
Als Cleaning Medewerk(st)er zal je instaan voor volgende taken:
- Je zorgt voor de schoonmaak van vloeren en tapijten, meubilair, installaties, objecten, spiegels, ramen in de publieke ruimtes, kantoren, vergaderzalen, en het sanitair ;
- Je maakt gebruik van stofzuiger en mop/microvezel doeken, in combinatie met BioOrg;
- Je signaleert defecten en gebreken in de stock ;
- Je verzamelt de vuilnisbakken ;
Als handy(wo)man zal je instaan voor volgende taken:
- Je zorgt voor het dagdagelijks onderhoud en het aanvullen van de vendingtoestellen
- Je signaleert defecten aan de vendingtoestellen en gebreken in de stock ;
- Je voert kleine verhuizen uit zoals bv. het verplaatsen van dozen, stoelen, etc op vraag
- Je zorgt dat alle meeting catering tijdig in de vergaderzalen aanwezig zijn en ook afgeruimd worden
- Je kan kleine klusjes uitvoeren zoals het repareren van een klink, het ontstoppen van een toilet, etc.
**Profiel**:
- Kennis van schoonmaken en handigheid zijn essentieel.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en je houdt van je job.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans
- Je bent een echte teamspeler - One Team Approach
- Je bent een flexibel persoon, zowel naar taken als naar uren.
