Als Assistant kom je terecht in het groeiende nationale Real Estate Operations team. Je geeft zowel nationale administratieve ondersteuning aan de afdeling Facility Management die instaat voor het onderhoud, de herstellingen en de wettelijke keuringen voor onze gebouwen, als aan het Energy & Sustainability team, meer specifiek op vlak van koeling en duurzame technieken.
- Als Assistant rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Director Real Estate Operations. Je bouwt mee aan het professionaliseren en nationaliseren van jouw afdeling.
- In dit kader werk je op nationale basis aan bijvoorbeeld: het uitschrijven van tenders, het up to date houden van databases, het analyseren en centraliseren van onderhoudscontracten, opmaken van one-pagers, bijhouden van leveranciersoverzichten, opvolgen van de facturatie,
- Je denkt kritisch en conceptueel mee na, gaat aan de slag met verkregen info en vertaalt dit in concrete actiepunten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Corporate Responsibility om de duurzaamheidsprincipes m.b.t. CO2-reductie mee in onze winkels te implementeren.
- Je begeleidt ook de afdeling Construction - die de gebouwen finaal oplevert - bij de opzet van koelinstallaties.
- In deze veelzijdige rol heb je een 360° overzicht m.b.t. de administratieve opvolging van operationele zaken gelinkt aan technisch gebouwbeheer (denk aan het opleveren van gebouwen, het installeren van koelinstallaties, het afsluiten van nationale contracten en het verder onderhouden van de gebouwen).
Jouw profiel
- Je bezit een diploma waarmee je je administratieve skills kan aantonen
- Kennis en/of ervaring in gebouwenbeheer en technische installaties is een must
- Je hebt affiniteit met duurzame technieken en bent gemotiveerd om je hier verder in te verdiepen door middel van interne of externe opleidingen binnen je traject bij ALDI
- Je bent administratief sterk, denkt kritisch na en werkt pro-actief
- Je vertaalt de noden van de organisatie in administratieve acties
- Je werkt planmatig en resultaatgericht
- Je communiceert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlot in het Nederlands en je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans
