Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Sourcing team van Aveve Retail en werkt nauw samen met Category Management, Supply Chain, Logistiek en sales. Als Head of Buying rapporteer je aan de Director Sourcing. Je enthousiast team bestaat uit drie inkopers en 5 assistenten.

- Je bent een resultaatgerichte onderhandelaar en weet mensen te inspireren om de afgesproken doelstellingen te behalen. Strategische targets vertaal jij in operationele KPI’s en deze volg je proactief op met je team.
- Benieuwd naar meer? Volgende verantwoordelijkheden maken deel uit van je takenpakket.
- Beheren van het sourcingproces voor de categorieën onder jouw hoede: vanaf de strategische raamovereenkomsten, tot de dagelijkse opvolging van de leveranciersperformance met oog op de realisatie van de beoogde targets.
- Optimaliseren van de product flow van leverancier tot winkel met aandacht voor stockbreuken, kostenbesparing en efficiëntie.??
- Sparringpartner van de category buyers op vlak van leveranciersselectie, onderhandeling over inkoopvoorwaarden, de samenstelling van het assortiment, prijs
- en margebeleid, voorraadbeheer en logistieke organisatie.?
- De periodieke evaluatie van de strategische leveranciers staat genoteerd in je agenda. Dit doe je in samenspraak met Supply Chain en Category Management.?
- Meewerken aan de opstart en uitrol van enkele strategische projecten gericht op het verhogen van de totale rendabiliteit van jouw categorieën, simplificatie processen en backoffice flows anderzijds.?

Verder ontwikkel je een goede categorie kennis om deze nadien om te zetten in strategieën die leiden tot kwantificeerbare besparingen en strategische raamovereenkomsten.?

Ook benchmarking en opvolging van markttendensen en innovaties behoren tot jouw takenpakket. Op die manier kan je tijdig opportuniteiten capteren, acties nemen en added value creëren.?

Profiel
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar professionele aankoopervaring. Relevante ervaring binnen Retail en Pet & Food is een plus
- Je hebt ervaring in leidinggeven en met je enthousiasme en resultaatgerichtheid slaag je erin om je team te inspireren en een steeds een stapje hoger te brengen.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om, zowel intern als extern, op diplomatische wijze te managen en te onderhandelen in het Nederlands, het Frans en het Engels
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kan efficiënt samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams
- Cijfers en analyses hebben voor jou geen geheimen
