**About the job**:
Within the Marketing team, the Content Manager will be in charge of creating different types of content in order to promote EMAsphere to financial functions (CFOs, financial controller).
- You lead, either independently or as part of a team, **the full production of content** (text, video, webinars, podcasts, customer testimonials, employer branding, etc.).
- You are responsible for **managing our social media.**:
- You **create thought leadership** for EMAsphere (awareness, consideration, etc.).
- You are responsible for **employer branding**.
- You write **persuasive and valuable content** for our customers.
- You are responsible for our **media relations.**:
- You regularly **create new newsletters **for our prospects.
- You manage our **blog and SEO**.
- You meet with our customers to effectively and convincingly convey their story.
- You are able to** measure and analyze the KPIs **of your productions for continuous improvement.
- You continuously **test, adjust, and innovate** throughout the production process.
- You **analyze** **trends, the market, and the behavior** of our community, customers, and prospects.
- You participate, alongside your team, in **EMAsphere's marketing strategy.**
**About you**:
- **Education**: Bachelor or Master Degree in marketing or communication.
- **Experience**: You have more than 3 years of experience in copywriting, SEO, content creation, and/or social media management. You have already managed SEO projects and have a good understanding of the 3 SEO pillars (technical, content & authority)
- **Language**: You are fluent in French and have a great level in English. Dutch is a strong plus.
- **Skills**:
- You know how to research, structure and synthesize key information.
- You master the concept of storytelling and know how to implement it in the content you create.
- You have a critical mind and analyze the most relevant trends to further influence our target audience.
- You master social media features and best practices.
- You have a talent for copywriting and the passion of a marketer.
- You have a very good spelling.
- You have graphic skills (Photoshop or Canva).
- You understand SEO concepts.
