Als APS consultant werk je mee aan strategische ontwikkeltrajecten en de optimalisatie van complexe planningsprocessen. Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar specificaties en je ontwerpt intelligente planningsalgoritmes.
**De functie**
Als APS consultant ben jij de architect van strategische ontwikkeltrajecten voor de optimalisatie en automatisatie van complexe planningsprocessen.
De software die je bij Déhora zal ontwikkelen, wordt exclusief gebruikt voor de planning van soms duizenden werknemers tegelijkertijd. Je leest het goed: geen transporten, containers of goederen, maar échte mensen. De planning van verschillende wensen, locaties, middelen, contracten en vaardigheden geeft een extra dimensie aan de softwarecomplexiteit.
Dankzij jouw op maat gemaakte tools zorg je voor een efficiënte en flexibele personeelsinzet bij organisaties, die bovendien geautomatiseerd verloopt en accurate voorspellingen maakt. Voor een de automatisering en integratie van jouw tools worden er dan ook regelmatig koppelingen gemaakt naar urenregistratie en payroll systemen.
Als Software Architect bij Déhora bouw je mee aan oplossingen voor zeer concrete uitdagingen: flexibele werktijden, duurzame inzetbaarheid, machine learning en AI.
Concreet ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:
- Je vertaalt de wensen van de klant naar specificaties en je ontwerpt intelligente planningsalgoritmes;
- Je verdiept jezelf in de ICRON technologie. Dat is een gespecialiseerde software ontwikkeld voor optimized decision making en supply chain optimization;
- Je werkt als modellerend programmeur zowel aan bestaande systemen als aan de ontwikkeling van gloednieuwe producten;
- Je ontwerpt gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces functioneel en aantrekkelijk zijn;
- Je zorgt voor de implementatie van jouw ‘top notch’ planningsoplossingen;
- Je blijft verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van de software op lange termijn.
Uiteraard doe je dit alles nooit alleen, maar maak je deel uit van een team van functioneel analisten en ervaren software & database developers.
**Een nieuwe uitdaging voor jou?**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in de richtingen Informatica, Technische / Toegepaste Wiskunde, Handelsingenieur of Ingenieurswetenschappen;
- of je bent ervaren developer die graag verdere stappen zetten in software architecture;
- Je hebt een goede basiskennis en minstens grote interesse voor SQL, datamodellering en programmeertalen;
- Je hebt een grote interesse voor optimalisatietechnieken en algoritmes;
- Je hebt kennis van platformen, koppelingen, Rest API en performance improvement;
- Je hebt een passie voor innovatie en nieuwe technologieën;
- Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels;
- Je bent goed in plannen en schakelen tussen meerdere projecten;
- Je bent stressbestendig en verantwoordelijk, je respecteert deadlines.
