The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Responsible for daily management of operations for selected countries and related vendors, including regular business review makers with decision makers of vendors / suppliers.
- Support the selection, contracting and implementation process of SPC/ Same day /Next Day transport Service Providers
- Coordinate the standardization, development and implementation of current and new services initiatives within the ELC/SPC/Same Day/ NBD network.
- Responsible for resolving specific operational & customer generated issues as being part of the Customer Focus Group
- Responsible for achieving operations performance targets contributing to customer satisfaction (CXM), profitability and employee productivity and develops corrective actions to achieve the target
- Drive positive profitability on country and service level, constant monitoring of P&L in line with overall budget targets
- Responsible to manage legal content changes from the countries within the SL group (advise, communication, support,
- Create, drive, own and manage corrective action plans as required

- Experience in working with other DPDHL entities (Express, DGF,) & vendors (desired)
