Now, we are looking for a Junior IT Engineer in our office in Nívelles.

What is the role About?
- ERP Implementation and Support:
o Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

o Collaborate with various departments to ensure ERP system aligns with business processes and objectives.

o Conduct user training and create documentation for ERP system usage.

o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- SharePoint Development:
o Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and solutions.

o Ensure SharePoint solutions meet user requirements and are optimized for performance.
- Power Apps and Power Automate:
o Implement automated workflows and solutions using Power Automate.
- Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

o Recommend and implement improvements to IT systems and processes.

o Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance overall IT service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field
- 0 to 2 years of experience in related field.
- ERP System Understanding: Basic knowledge of ERP processes and how they integrate into business practices
- Knowledge of at least one of those scripting languages: PowerShell, SQL, Java, Python
- Ability to configure a Low Code / No Code environment.
- Cloud skills (MS Azure / MS ENTRA):Understanding and configuration of cloud databases
- Strong problem solving skills
- Fluid in English and French
- Organized, driven to achieve results, and a team player
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a willingness to learn new systems
