We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of **Hospitality Professional** for a **fixed contract** position with a **consistent **schedule. As the face of our establishment, you will primarily be stationed at the **reception**, but your role will extend to include **food and beverage** service, making every interaction **memorable **and ensuring our guests feel truly welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival, providing a seamless check-in experience.
- **Anticipate **guests' needs and exceed their expectations by delivering personalized service and attention to detail.
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the establishment.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing information about local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- **Passion **for delivering outstanding service and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and **attention to detail**.
- **Flexibility **to work a fixed schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in at least three languages preferred.
- Food and beverage service experience is a plus.
