**Omschrijving**:
Als Office Manager vervul je een tweeledige functie waar je enerzijds het aankoopgebeuren in focus neemt en anderzijds alles coördineert van facility Management. Hou je van afwisselende projecten? Top Lees zeker verder of solliciteer meteen via Unique Select. Jouw takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aankopen van niet productie gerelateerde items. Denk hierbij aan alles wat met kantoormateriaal, nutsvoorzieningen, reisboekingen, verzekeringen, wagenpark, huur enzovoort te maken heeft.
- Je staat in voor het vinden en evalueren van leveranciers, producten en diensten. Hierbij is het onderhandelen over contracten en het verwerven van de beste kostenefficiënte noodzakelijk.
- Je rolt de inkoopprocessen uit en werkt steeds aan de optimalisatie hiervan. Na jouw inwerkperiode zet je jouw schouders onder de implementatie van een nieuw inkoopsoftwareprogramma.
- Verder houd je toezicht op het contractbeheer door systematische analyse en bijsturing.
- Samen met de facilitair Coördinator sta je in voor het uitwerken van jaarplannen betreffende het facilitair beheer van de diverse panden. Denk hierbij aan onderhoudscontracten, schoonmaak, tuinonderhoud,
- Je werkt nauw samen met een facilitair medewerker dewelke jij aanstuurt en begeleidt
**Profiel**
In de rol van Procurement & Facility Manager hou je van projectmatig werken. Onze ideale kandidaat ziet een match met volgende verwachtingen:
- Je beschikt over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma en kan enkele jaren ervaring voorleggen binnen inkoop
- en contractmanagement.
- Je bent een gedegen onderhandelaar en hierdoor in staat om lange termijn relaties uit te bouwen met contactpersonen uit diverse segmenten.
- Enerzijds ben je analytisch sterk om strategieën te bepalen. Anderzijds beschik je over een sterke helikopterview om beslissingen te nemen.
- Je bent hands-on, werkt georganiseerd en staat voor een proactieve aanpak.
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig en weet anderen te motiveren
- Naast het Nederlands beschik je over een zeer goede kennis van het Engels
- Je kan vlot werken met de courante MS Office toepassingen. Kennis van ERP systemen is een pluspunt
