**Purpose**
- Your mission will be:

Collaborate with other site managers to determine procurement needs
- Purchase supplies and equipment in accordance with specific specifications and under the terms of purchase/contract established by the Group.
- Coordinate and supervise receiving and storage procedures
- Supervise Material Management activities
- Set up and monitor MRP

**Key Responsibilities**

**Team Management**
- Recruit, supervise, coach and motivate employees (2 warehouse operators and 2 employees)
- Effectively organize the planning and management of the team
- Participate in the preparation of annual evaluations; Define objectives during annual/one-off interviews
- Ensure seamless collaboration with related departments
- Ensure a balanced distribution of tasks and an optimal organization of work
- Plan and organize trainings and related recordings

**Supply Management**
- Shopping_
- Manage the procurement of products, raw materials and consumables specific to production activities in accordance with specifications and forecasts communicated
- Maintain supplier relationships, monitor negotiated terms and potentially negotiate contracts
- Manage purchase requisitions from MRP requirements calculation to ensure traceability of purchasing and procurement operations
- Ensure calls for tenders, their follow-up and carry out the analysis of these to make the best choice
- Maintain supplier signage and product sheets in order to be able to carry out an annual evaluation
- Participate in forecasts to plan future orders
- Approve purchase invoices in compliance with the conditions
- Propose a supplier management policy
- Product Returns_
- Ensure the processing of returned products in accordance with internal procedures
- Supply of production activities_
- Collaborate with all departments of the site (mainly production/development) to determine supply needs
- Coordinate and supervise procedures for receiving and storing products according to their obsolescence
- Ensure a regular and annual inventory of products and raw materials in compliance with group procedures in order to maintain correct stock information
- Control inventory levels by ensuring that materials are available in case of emergencies
- Ensure the distribution of supplies within the production and laboratory
- Supervise the storage of waste and its disposal in compliance with environmental standards

**Group relations**
- Ensure the smooth integration of purchasing and procurement processes into group rules
- Establish KPIs, ensure the reporting of activities and manage corrective actions when necessary
- Implement stock level policies

**Process Improvement**
- Be solution-oriented and propose areas for improvement according to the needs of the company

**Quality system?**
- Take an active part in audits
- Promote the reporting of non-conformities; follow up and implement corrective actions

**Qualification**

**Experience**:Proven experience of more than 5 years in a similar position

**Other**
- Microsoft Office Suite (excellent knowledge of Excel for reporting and data analysis)
- ERP (Material Management, Warehouse, Distribution), hands-on experience in inventory management software and database
- Ideally knowledge of PMI.
