Goodman is growing as a key player in essential infrastructure across Europe. As part of this exciting evolution, we are seeking a versatile Talent Acquisition Specialist on a freelance basis to strengthen our recruitment team.
In this role, you will lead the recruitment process for a diverse range of profiles, including Data Center, Engineering, and Logistics roles across seven European countries. Your expertise will directly support our mission of building critical infrastructure and shaping a sustainable, low-carbon future. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic and forward-looking organization.
More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for your assigned vacancies across seven European countries.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring leads throughout the recruitment process.
- Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) while generating recruitment metrics.
- Optimize our current recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

About you?
- You have a minimum experience of 5 years as inhouse recruiter.
- You are well-organized and enjoy working autonomously.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French.
