**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als event planner heb je een uitgebreid takenpakket met veel **verantwoordelijkheden**. Je zal voor deze job verschillende **events **organiseren voor zowel grote als kleine bedrijven. Je bespreekt met de klant wat ze verwachten van het event. Na bespreking van de verwachtingen maak je een **offerte **op voor de klant. Met het bedrijf zijn vaste **leveranciers**, plan je de **catering **voor het event. Op het event zelf zal je iedereen verwelkomen. Je begeleidt tijdens het event ook de hostessen om alles in goeie banen leiden. Na het event zorg je ook voor een **aftercare**, hiervoor zal je bespreken met de klant hoe het event verlopen is en volg je de facturatie op. Vervolgens help je de mensen die komen werken in het bedrijf met hun vragen of opmerkingen die er zijn. Bovendien bouw je ook **relaties **op met verschillende mensen. Ten slotte neem je **facility **management voor jouw rekening.
**Jou profiel**
Voor deze job als **event **planner zoekt Hays naar een kandidaat die zelfstandig kan werken. Bij voorkeur ben je **drietalig**, maar het klantencontact zal grotendeels **Nederlandstalig **zijn. Bij voorkeur heb je al een** eerste ervaring** in event of hospitality sector. Je hebt altijd een smile op je gezicht en houd van een vlotte babbel. Verder ben je **klantgericht **en plaats je hun belangen op de eerste plaats. Ten slotte hebt oog voor detail en bent commercieel ingesteld.
**Arbeidsovereenkomst**
Het bedrijf biedt je na een succescolle interimperiode een **vast contract** aan. Je werkt alleen door de **week **van 8:30 tot 17:00, indien een event uitloopt neemt kan je deze recupereren in verlof. Events zullen nooit in het weekend plaats vinden. Naast een **aantrekkelijk **salaris ontvang je ook nog extra legale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques en ecocheques.
