**About the role**
- You have a minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including several years of team leadership experience and you have a Master degree with affinity for technology- You have a broad knowledge in connectivity, server, workplace and cloud technologies.- You have strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- You are openminded and able to negotiate based on input coming from business and IT stakeholders- You have the skills to interact with other cultures in an international business environment and you act wit integrity and take personal responsibility for outcomes- You have a positive mindset and have excellent problem solving skills- You ask for feedback and actively listen in order to provide constructive feedback.- You strive to continually improve your own skills and abilities and you have “learn-it-all” mentality.- Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.- You are prepared to travel as needed.**About you**

As a Team Lead in the Technology department you will manage and lead a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists. You are a key member of the Technology management team that delivers the Technology of the Etex Group and will be responsible for a portfolio of technologies in the IT and OT environment.

You will motivate the team to deliver on their product roadmaps whilst developing the skills and competencies of the team and assessing their performance. You will guide the team in the on-time delivery of challenging Technology projects linked to the roadmaps, working with strategic partners and other specialised consulting companies. You will act as a spokesperson for Technology promoting the standardisation and adoption of the chosen Technology standards. You will recruit new talent as the needs arise, especially in cloud technologies and the evolution of the OT convergence.
