Senior Tax Manager

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated colleague who is thrilled by identifying the tax needs and risks for a broad variety of tax matters like withholding taxes ("WHT"), corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes as VAT and customs duties. You will report directly to the Group’s CFO.
**What you will be doing**:
- **Transfer pricing**:
- Our current transfer pricing model needs to be reviewed and brought in line with our growing group but also with the changing priorities of tax authorities across the world.
- You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a complete set of documentation (benchmarks, master file, local files and service agreements) of this policy compliant for each jurisdiction of the Client Group. You will be supported by the transfer pricing accountant at HQ who will be responsible for making the calculations and issuing the actual invoices from HQ entities.
- You will make sure to stay up to date with national and international tax legislation. You will be responsible for challenging any new business opportunity against this transfer pricing model to ensure each intercompany transaction complies with the arm’s length principle.
- **Corporate income taxes**: you will be responsible for managing the corporate income tax filings of all our subsidiaries in close collaboration with our local finance teams. You will ensure all declarations are correctly and consistently created and timely filed. This will allow you to report on the effective tax rate towards our shareholders and identify opportunities to optimize the effective tax rate were possible.
- **Withholding taxes**: you will be responsible to ensure a correct and timely filing of any WHT filings for our holding entities. You will follow up any other local requirements which will allow you to formulate any potential improvements to reduce WHT.
- Ad hoc: you will be the first point of contact (both internally, as well as for any tax authorities) with respect to any tax question which might relate to transfer pricing, withholding tax, corporate income tax, VAT, custom duties, etc. You will be liaising with our external consultants on these matters.
**We are looking for**:
- Master’s degree (finance or law with a specialization in international tax) with strong analytical background and a critical mindset.
- Able to make the connection and work in close collaboration with various TCR entities and departments.
- Able to handle complex data and information, focus on what is important and prioritize actions.
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Has good communication skills: proficient in English and able to liaise with entities across the globe.
- Able to report in a concise and efficient way to group management.
- Able to coordinate multiple departments and countries.
- Good computer skills: Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel (advanced).
