Zone Brewery Support E² Net Zero Brewing Project Manager

As Zone Brewery Support E² Net Zero Brewing Project Manager you will be responsible for defining the EU strategy and full project management from concept development, front end planning until back end execution, for all initiatives to reach our Net Zero Brewing (NZB) goals, as part of our Global ESG strategy.

The role:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan that meets the net-zero carbon emissions target and aligns with the company's sustainability goals. Develop strategy per technology cluster and brewery to reach Net Zero Brewing goals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Responsible for the capex cycle (1YP and 3YP budget development, monthly LE updates) for the NZB projects
- Ensure that all project team members are properly trained and that all project deliverables are of the highest quality
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Report regularly on project status to all stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Responsible for the KPI management (translating all the NZB initiatives into EU energy KPI impacts and Green House Gas (GHG) reductions)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainability practices, regulations, and trends related to net-zero carbon emissions in brewing

Who we’re looking for:

- Master's degree in engineering, sustainability, project management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong in strategy building and focus on disciplined routine execution
- Strong Technical Experience in energy process, technology
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of brewing operations is a plus
