**About the role**

We are looking for a
**Business Development Representative **to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Belgium/Luxemburg for the vendor IBM and more specifically IBM SW.

As Business Development Representative at Arrow you will
**be **responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers as well as identifying future leads within business units.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Drive the business (activities) onsite at the reseller, working with the different teams and management of the reseller with the support of our teams.
- Join sales, marketing and pre-sales meetings at the reseller onsite.
- 1on1 sessions with senior management.
- Communication with vendors (sales) management.
- Cooperation with Inside Sales team offering support for quotes, access to portals, play books, etc.
- Manage sales activities, sharing knowledge and visiting customers.
- Setup and manage recruitment and enablement campaigns using marketing and the vendors programs.
- Evaluate the portfolio and approach of the reseller and help them to improve their pitch and results by using vendor sales books and other vendors tools.
- Setup an education a training program, custom made and in line with the commitment and goals.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 1-2 years of experience within sales and/or business development in IT sector with a relevant degree.
- Knowledge about new technology products and solutions as well as understanding of BeLux market and global trends, opportunities.
- Strong communication and sales skills, comfortable with cold calling and acquisition of new clients.
- You are native in Dutch or French and fluent in English and Dutch or French
- Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
