- Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?Als Legal & Regulatory Specialist bij Eneco Solar ben je een essentiële schakel in het waarborgen van juridische en regulatoire naleving binnen de snel veranderende energiesector.
Aangekomen op kantoor in Gent start je de dag met een Teams-overleg met het Legal/ Regulatory & Public Affairs team. Zij werken vanuit het kantoor in Mechelen en samen bespreken jullie de laatste wetswijzigingen en hoe deze kunnen worden vertaald naar interne richtlijnen, zodat Eneco op koers blijft met de regelgeving. Vervolgens duik je in een geschil over injectieprijzen en werk je aan een addendum voor de verlenging van een bestaande Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
In de namiddag breng je de General Manager op de hoogte van de voortgang van een juridisch geschil en de belangrijkste risico’s, zodat alle betrokkenen goed geïnformeerd zijn. Daarna beantwoord je nog een paar ad-hoc vragen uit de business, zoals de interpretatie van een aansprakelijkheidsclausule en advies over een fiscale kwestie na de installatie van zonnepanelen.
Aan de eind van de dag lees je nog een artikel over de nieuwste regelgeving, “de verplichte installatie van zonnepanelen vanaf 2025, zodat je zelf ook volledig up-to-date bent.
- Jouw verantwoordelijkheden- Als Legal & Regulatory Specialist ondersteun je de juridische en regulatoire activiteiten van Eneco Solar.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de algemene en specifieke regelgeving binnen de energiesector, en je biedt juridische bijstand aan de zonne-energie
- en batterijprojecten van Eneco.
- Je begeleidt juridische procedures en werkt occasioneel samen met externe advocaten. Daarnaast stel je contracten op voor zakelijke rechten, zoals opstalrechten en erfdienstbaarheden, en werk je aan samenwerkingscontracten met professionele partners.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat Eneco voortdurend voldoet aan veranderende regelgeving. Samen met de LeRaPa-collega’s vertaal je energiewetgeving naar praktische richtlijnen binnen de organisatie en implementeer je deze. Hierbij analyseer je proactief de wet
- en regelgeving en leg je complexe juridische teksten helder uit aan de business, zodat deze de huidige en toekomstige bedrijfsvoering van Eneco kunnen ondersteunen. Je adviseert zowel collega’s als het management over relevante juridische en regelgevende ontwikkelingen.
- Daarnaast communiceer je intern over wijzigingen in wet
- en regelgeving en licht je deze verder toe. Je beoordeelt de impact van de reglementaire veranderingen op de bedrijfsvoering, identificeert kansen en risico’s, en zorgt dat interne processen en acties voldoen aan alle juridische eisen.
- In nauwe samenwerking met je LeRaPa-collega’s en andere afdelingen bepaal je Eneco’s standpunt over diverse sectorgerelateerde onderwerpen. Verder vertegenwoordig je Eneco in belangenorganisaties en sectorfederaties zoals ODE, Edora en FEBEG, en neem je deel aan discussies over relevante beleids
- en branchespecifieke wetgeving.
- Als Legal & Regulatory Specialist maak je deel uit van het Eneco Solar Team en rapporteer je aan de General Manager.
- Wat verwachten wij van jou?- Je hebt een afgeronde Master in Rechten.
- Je beschikt over mínimaal 5 jaar aan relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een bedrijfsomgeving in de nutssector.
- Je hebt een gedegen kennis van contractenrecht en andere relevante rechtsgebieden.
- Je hebt een scherpe analytische geest met een talent voor synthese, structuur en orde, en tegelijkertijd ben je bedreven in het omgaan met en vertalen van complexe, technische vraagstukken.
- Je beschikt over sterke assertieve en communicatieve vaardigheden, en je bent in staat om complex juridisch advies helder en beknopt te vertalen.
- Je hebt het vermogen om juridische en commerciële belangen nauwgezet tegen elkaar af te wegen.
- Je hebt een uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke talenkennis (Nederlands & Frans).
- Stressbestendigheid is één van je karaktereigenschappen, je laat je niet snel van je stuk brengen. Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers, maar behoudt altijd het overzicht.
- Je beschikt over de noodzakelijke wendbaarheid & weerbaarheid en bent proactief & pragmatisch.
